Our Privacy Commitment

b/AI is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. We do not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data. Your conversations are yours alone.

Data Collection

b/AI collects zero data. We do not:

• Collect any personal information
• Track your usage or behavior
• Transmit your conversations to any servers
• Use analytics or telemetry services
• Share data with third parties
• Sell or monetize your information

How Your Data is Stored

All of your chat history is stored locally on your device only using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your conversations never leave your iPhone or iPad. We have no access to your data, and neither does anyone else.

On-Device AI Processing

b/AI uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models for all AI responses. This means:

• All AI processing happens entirely on your device
• Your prompts and conversations are never sent to external servers
• You can use b/AI completely offline
• Your privacy is protected by design

Third-Party Services

b/AI does not use any third-party services. There are no:

• External APIs or web services
• Analytics platforms
• Advertising networks
• Cloud storage providers
• Data processors

Permissions

b/AI may request the following permissions for future features:

• Apple Intelligence: Required to access on-device AI models for chat responses
• Photo Library: Optional, only to let you attach photos to your chats
• Camera: Optional, only to let you take photos for your chats

These permissions are only used for the stated purposes and never for data collection.

Apple's Data Collection

While b/AI itself collects no data, Apple may collect aggregate usage data through the App Store, such as download counts and crash reports. This data collection is controlled by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not by b/AI.

Data Security

Because all your data stays on your device and we don't transmit anything, your security is determined by:

• Your device's passcode and biometric security
• Apple's iOS security features
• Your iCloud backup settings (if enabled)

Children's Privacy

b/AI does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. Since we collect no data at all, the app is inherently privacy-safe for all ages.

Changes to This Policy

If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify users through an app update. However, our core commitment to zero data collection will never change.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing for us to access, modify, or delete. You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual chats within the app
• Delete all data by deleting the app from your device
• No account or login required
